Pastor Elland received his Ministers License in 1985, and has been affiliated with Churches in Minnesota and Louisiana. In 1990 God called Pastor Elland and his wife Karen, to move to Wisconsin. They joined Liberty Christian Fellowship in 1995, at which time Pastor Elland served as Associate Pastor. In May 2002, Pastor Elland was appointed Senior Pastor. Pastor Elland holds both his Masters and Doctorate in Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary. Mark and Karen have three children, Beth, Christopher and Kathryn.

Pastor Elland also serves as a Chaplain with the City of Beloit and the Town of Beloit Police Departments, as well as the City of Beloit and Town of Beloit Fire Departments. He is also a member of the Rock County Disaster Response Team.

Prior to his appointment as Assistant Pastor, Steven & Heather Maya served as youth leaders at Liberty Christian Fellowship. They have both been active in the worship ministry, and currently Heather runs the Children's Church.

Steve & Heather were married in 2003 and have two adorable children, Mercy and Grace.
